Registering a Participant

When a parent or guardian is registering on behalf of a child, the child must be added as a Family Member under the adult’s Get Active profile.
The system does not allow the same individual to register multiple times for one program, so each child must be listed separately. Adding children as Family Members ensures you can select the correct child during each registration.

Parent Welcome Letter - This document contains important information about the event! Individuals have the option to receive all forms and registration packages as an online or physical document. If you would like to receive a physical copy of the registration information, please let us know by TBD.

Please ensure that you meet the deadline in order to guarantee the participant a spot at WAG.  This gives us time to arrange the schedule for the day, and that the participant will be matched appropriately with a Queen’s buddy/chaperone for the day. Please fill out all sections that apply to the participant. Confidentiality is ensured and the information gathered will only be used for the purpose of WAG 2026.
